BGM PRO 177/187 cc (piston made by Meteor) - Vespa PX125, PX150, Cosa125, Cosa150, GTR125, TS125, Sprint Fast (VLB1T 0150001-) The BGM PRO cylinder 177 is made of aluminum coated hard ceramic with a 63-bore mm. The coating (nickel-silicon carbide) ensures an extremely hard and durable shirt. The high percentage of silicon of the piston ensures a reduced thermal expansion, a high wear resistance and a decidedly considerable thermal stability. Two elastic bands of 1 mm thick minimize friction, all to the advantage of power and sealing speed. The cylinder channel with four main decanting and two boost port is designed to exert a high pressure at low speed regimes. With a stroke of 57 mm we have a 118 ° decanting and a timing of 171 ° exhaust timing. The kit of the cylinder is designed as a plug & play solution, simple to insert with carburetor SI and BGM Big Box Touring, the power is about 15 hp and the torque is 17-19 Nm on the rear wheel. With further steps to strengthen you reach 25 hp and you have no more problems. The low power consumption and the relative high flow are an added bonus.
