Polini Wave clutch spring for Vespa 50 - ET3 - Primavera

Description

The Polini Original Wave spring is a newly designed coil spring manufactured using high-precision construction techniques. Thanks to its new honeycomb structure, it can withstand high loads despite its compact size and guarantees excellent flatness on the clutch thrust faces. The block length of the new springs is extremely reduced compared to the originals, allowing a wider adjustment range and thus eliminating the problems of traditional circular section springs. The Polini Original Wave spring is calibrated for a load of 80 kg and is perfect as a replacement for the original spring on the Vespa Small Frame 50/125. The spring can be fitted to original clutch plates and Polini clutch plates. The Polini Original Wave spring has been designed for original 3-disc clutches and Polini 4-disc clutches. The spring is recommended for both original engines and all Polini cast iron thermal units.
