The variator Pinasco Overdrive possesses a pulley made of aluminum with a high content of silicon in which a bushing made of sintered steel is then applied. The hub lapped and chromium, to improve smoothness and reliability of the coupling. By mounting the variator Pinasco and using the calibration elements provided in the kit, you can obtain significant benefits in the cue from a standstill, accelerating, in recovery and in top speed. The Overslide variator equipped with the axial Spring Slider bearing, which must be placed under the contrast spring: it allows to isolate the helical contrast spring from the opening of the torque driver for a greater reliability of the spring over time, which thus maintains unaltered its load native to, and to reduce the power dissipated to open the driven pulleys with obvious advantages in terms of performance.
