Performance Racing expansion silencer with carbon look silencer for Vespa 125-150 The exhaust performance systems produced by Scooter, Servizi and DSE at the end of the last decade set new standards in the field of tuning Vespa 200cc engines. They were essential for the ever-increasing number of companies pushing over 22 PS. Our response was long overdue. The exhaust developer responsible for the highly successful system on our 150m sprinter took on the, for him largely unknown, task of developing Vespa exhaust systems. With success! The answer he came up with? The 'SIP performance 2.0'! The main body of the 'SIP performance 2.0' has been completely redesigned and is now significantly more voluminous. The larger dimensions still allow the use of the main stand and wider scooter wheels/tyres with a wider section. These systems are hand-welded to JL stainless steel or normal exhausts and then lacquered with a transparent paint. The manifold is held in place at the ends by springs and the whole assembly is secured with a very solid mounting bracket that can withstand the vibrations caused by the silencer. This exhaust is compatible with standard and tuned engines and, depending on the setup, 18-32 PS and speeds between 110 and 150 km/h are easily achievable. This exhaust is available for use with a number of different silencer types, including carbon fibre, aluminium, black and stainless steel. Other SIP silencer units also combine well with this pipe, along with those produced by Scooter&Servizio. This performance-enhancing system also provides a great deal of torque and its power delivery remains constant at all engine speeds. Its performance kicks in at lower revs than other similar exhausts, such as those produced by Newline or DSE. There is no noticeable drop in delivery all the way up to fourth gear, with similar maximum power output. JL warranty: An automatic JL Exhausts warranty system is included for all original purchasers. If your exhaust breaks at any time during 'normal' use (excluding grinding along the kerb or similar abuse), it can be returned to the place of purchase for repair or replacement. Conclusion: The 'SIP performance 2.0' is an ideal solution for both street riding, touring scooters and even high-end, maximum power projects.
