Shipping costs, delivery time and methods

1. Standard shipping costs

The shipping costs for sending Vespa spare parts throughout Italy are €10.00 (except for current promotions, such as reaching a certain threshold of goods).

The delivery of the items ordered is expected after approximately 24/72 hours (*) if the goods are available in stock and if payment has been received (bank transfer credited to the current account or payment via PayPal)

The second shipment (in the case of partially fulfilled orders, urgent orders, etc.) is not free of charge: the cost is always €10.00.
2. Shipping to islands and remote areas
Delivery to islands and remote areas is expected within 72 hours (*) after the courier has taken charge of the packages.
3. Costs for special and bulky items

Shipping costs for Vespa shields amount to €25.00; if they are not calculated by the system, they will be added automatically by the warehouse.

For the shipment of heavy and bulky goods (complete engines, forklifts, etc.), or where specified, the shipping cost is €25.00.
4. Costs related to payment methods

Cash on delivery collection costs are €5.00 and always apply if you choose to pay by cash on delivery (only in Italy).

PayPal collection costs are 4% (*) of the total amount and are automatically calculated when the order is processed.
5. Delivery times and availability of goods

Due to a slight delay in updating our IT systems, we recommend that you check the status of your order via the confirmation email.

Items that are not available at the time of ordering are indicated in the NOTES field.

No complaints for missing goods will be accepted after 14 days from receipt of the package.
6. Customer responsibility and delivery problems

Barto S.a.s. is not responsible for errors caused by inaccurate registration on the website. In the event of non-delivery and storage, the related costs will be charged to the customer.

Notes on delivery times entered during the order process will not be taken into consideration.

Delivery is understood to be at street level; it is not possible to request customised delivery times.

The times indicated are estimates and are not binding for Barto S.a.s.
7. Damage and checks upon delivery
Upon delivery, the customer must check:

the integrity of the packaging,
-
the number of packages,
-
the conformity of the goods with the transport document.
Any anomalies must be immediately reported to the courier, signing with specific reservation.
After signing without reservation, it will not be possible to report external damage.
Problems related to integrity,
quantity or conformity must be reported within 7 days of
delivery.
8. Parcel insurance
Insurance is optional. If not requested, Barto S.a.s. is not responsible for loss or damage. In this case, responsibility for the parcel falls on the purchaser from the moment of delivery to the courier.
