Payment methods and Refunds

1. Payment by PayPal / Credit card

For payments made via PayPal or credit card, collection fees equal to 4% of the total amount will be automatically added.
If you encounter any problems with your PayPal transaction, you can request a direct payment link by writing to informazioni@officinatonazzo.it (please specify your order number and any other useful details).

2. Payment by bank transfer

The goods will be shipped after receipt of payment to the company's bank account.

3. Cash on delivery

Payment in cash to the courier for amounts up to a maximum of £999.99
Or payment in cash, by credit card or debit card at the sales counter

4. Shipping times linked to payment

For all payment methods, shipping within the United Kingdom (excluding islands) takes place within 24/72 hours, only if:

the payment has been credited;
the goods are available at the time of the order;
the order has been completed correctly (see confirmation email).

5. Important payment information

Separate and incomplete payments (e.g. without shipping or collection costs) without prior notification to the company will cause delays in order processing.

Online prices, Vespaclub discounts or price lists for retailers:

are always valid, but not retroactive;
do not apply to orders already placed;
they also apply to purchases made at the sales counter, based on the reference price list.
