CUSTOMER
The person purchasing goods sold on this website (www.officinatonazzo.it).
Subject of the contract
The sale of goods published on the pages of the website www.officinatonazzo.it. Orders may be placed via our website, by fax by completing the order form and sending it to +390498842722, or by telephone at +390497966511. All prices shown on our website include VAT and may be subject to change without notice. Shipping and payment may be carried out using various methods, as indicated below, at the Customer’s discretion.
Goods may be collected from our warehouse located at Via del Santo 174, Limena (PD), subject to prior telephone agreement. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.
Barto S.a.s. di Barzelogna Luca reserves the right to modify the description of the goods as well as the sales conditions published on this website, without prejudice to the validity of contracts already duly concluded prior to such modification.
Order cancellation by the Supplier
Barto S.a.s. di Barzelogna Luca reserves the right to cancel, in whole or in part, any order received, at any time and for any reason, even after order confirmation, should it be impossible to correctly fulfil the order.
In such cases, the Customer will be promptly informed and Barto S.a.s. di Barzelogna Luca will refund in full any amounts already paid, using the same payment method used for the purchase. Such cancellation shall not give rise to any further obligation, compensation or claim against the Supplier.
Terms and conditions
The online or telephone purchase procedure immediately generates a purchase proposal by the user. In the case of orders placed via the website, Barto S.a.s. di Barzelogna Luca will automatically send an email confirming receipt of the proposal and the information documentation required by Article 52 of Legislative Decree No. 206 of 6 September 2005 concerning consumer protection in distance contracts.
PLEASE NOTE: if an order is placed via the website or by telephone and the cash-on-delivery payment method (cash payment to the courier) is selected, and the delivery is refused without prior contact with Barto S.a.s. by email at [email protected] or by telephone at +390497966511, the Customer will be charged the actual costs incurred, including shipping costs, storage costs and return of the goods, for a total amount of €20.00. The same conditions apply if the courier is unable to deliver the goods due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address.
PLEASE NOTE: Items available in 2–5 working days
If items available in 2–5 working days are ordered, this means that they are not available in stock and are therefore immediately ordered from the supplier.
It may happen that the supplier does not have the item available or that delays of another nature occur which are beyond our control; therefore, the waiting time may extend beyond 5 days.
Unless otherwise instructed by the Customer, the order will remain on hold until the item becomes available again. The Customer may request a refund for such items at any time.
Payment methods and refunds
The order becomes effective upon payment. Orders awaiting payment are considered valid for 8 days from the order date, after which they will be automatically cancelled.
PAYPAL: For payments made via PayPal or credit card, PayPal transaction fees equal to 4% of the total amount will be automatically added.
BANK TRANSFER: If bank transfer is selected as the payment method, the goods will be shipped as soon as the credit is received in the company’s bank account.

CASH ON DELIVERY: Payment in cash only to the courier for amounts up to a maximum of €999.99.
Cash, credit card or debit card payments are accepted at our sales counter.
For all payment methods, shipping within the national territory (excluding islands) normally takes place within 24–72 hours, provided that payment has been credited, the goods are available at the time of ordering and the order procedure has been successfully completed (see order confirmation email).
If an order placed with PayPal payment has not been successfully completed, the Customer may request a direct payment link by sending an email to [email protected] indicating the order number and any relevant details.
PLEASE NOTE: payments sent independently that do not correspond to the actual total amount of the order (e.g. missing shipping costs or transaction fees) and without prior communication to the company will result exclusively in delays in order processing.
Web prices, Vespaclub discounts and price lists reserved for workshops/retailers are ALWAYS VALID, are not retroactive and cannot be applied to orders already placed. Purchases made directly at the sales counter are subject to web, Vespaclub or retailer pricing, depending on the buyer’s applicable price list.
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: Sales invoices are not issued automatically and must be requested at the time of ordering for orders with a total amount equal to or exceeding €80.00.
The purchasing department must be notified by telephone at +390497966511 or by email at [email protected] of the request for invoice issuance.
REFUNDS: To request a refund for purchased goods, the Customer must promptly provide Barto S.a.s. with all fiscal data and order details. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method selected for the order and will be processed by the administration.
Refunds are not immediate and are subject to administrative processing times of up to a maximum of 30 days.
By placing an order with Officina Tonazzo / Barto S.a.s., the Customer accepts these sales conditions in their entirety and acknowledges the applicable refund timelines.
Product Warranty and Returns
Pursuant to Articles 128 et seq. of Legislative Decree No. 206 of 6 September 2005, the warranty for private consumers is valid for 2 years. For purchases made by professionals holding a VAT number, the provisions of the Italian Civil Code apply and the warranty is valid for 12 months.
For the warranty to be valid, the product must have been used correctly and in accordance with its intended purpose and the accompanying documentation. The warranty may only be exercised upon presentation of the original shipping documents. Parts subject to wear and tear are excluded from warranty coverage.
The warranty and/or replacement shall be void if:
- The products have been installed or assembled by unqualified personnel;
- The products have not been used in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications;
- The products have been tampered with;
- The products are not intact;
- The products do not bear the warranty label with the serial number;
- The products are missing original packaging, accessories or manuals;
- The products have been shipped with inadequate packaging;
- The original packaging is damaged and no longer suitable for resale;
- The products have been subjected to electrical discharges or non-compliant voltages;
- The products have undergone unauthorised modifications;
- Faults are caused by foreign components or conflicts with other items in the same package;
- The products have been serviced by the Customer without prior authorisation;
- The products are electrical spare parts that have already been installed.
To receive warranty assistance, the Customer must send an email to [email protected] describing the defect and attaching all purchase documentation.
Products must be returned exclusively in their original packaging. Improper or damaged packaging will void the warranty.
Return shipping costs shall be borne by the Customer unless otherwise agreed with Barto S.a.s.
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Legislative Decree No. 206 of 6 September 2005, the consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 working days from receipt of the goods, without penalty and without providing a reason.
Processing of personal data
Personal data will be processed in accordance with Legislative Decree No. 196/2003. The data controller is Barto S.a.s. di Barzelogna Luca, with registered office in Limena (PD), Via del Santo 174.
