Description
Piastrina di sicurezza del dado carter sotto statore
Rondella sagomata con linguette pieghevoli, impiegata per il bloccaggio meccanico del dado del carter motore nella zona sotto lo statore delle Vespa Wideframe compatibili. Il riferimento 11021 e' indicato soltanto per il confronto.
Compatibilita' verificata
Applicazioni documentate: Vespa 125 V1T-V15T, V30T-V33T, VM1T, VU1T, VM2T, VN1T e VN2T; Vespa 150 VL1T, VL2T e VL3T. Sui motori d'epoca possono essere presenti dadi e piastrine differenti: confrontare diametro interno, profilo e numero delle linguette con il componente rimosso.
Montaggio
Installare una piastrina integra nella posizione prevista e serrare il dado alla coppia prescritta per il motore. Soltanto dopo il serraggio piegare la linguetta utile contro una faccia del dado, evitando di indebolire le altre. Una piastrina gia' piegata e raddrizzata non offre la stessa sicurezza e va sostituita durante la revisione.
