Description
Morsetto RMS con registro M6 per cavo freno Vespa
Questo componente blocca un filo freno liscio e crea un terminale regolabile per i comandi predisposti. La filettatura M6 x 1,0 mm permette la registrazione del gioco senza sostituire la guaina, purché questa sia integra e adatta alla configurazione.
Applicazioni
La geometria è impiegata sul freno anteriore di Vespa PK S, PK XL, PK XL2 e PX 1984-1998 e sul freno posteriore di configurazioni PK, PX, Rally, Sprint 150, TS 125, GT 125, GTR 125, Super e T5. Prima dell'ordine confrontare posizione, filettatura, diametro del filo e spazio disponibile: l'applicazione varia tra anteriore e posteriore.
Montaggio e controllo
- Inserire il filo per tutta la sede senza danneggiare i trefoli.
- Serrare il morsetto e lasciare una coda sufficiente per il controllo.
- Regolare il gioco come prescritto per il veicolo.
- Azionare ripetutamente il freno e verificare che il filo non scorra.
Il fissaggio interessa l'impianto frenante: installazione e collaudo devono essere eseguiti con utensili adatti e competenza tecnica.
Vespa PK S, PK XL, PK XL2 e PX nelle configurazioni con registro freno M6 compatibile; applicazioni posteriori documentate anche per T5, Rally, Sprint 150, TS 125, GT 125, GTR 125 e Super. Verificare posizione, filettatura e diametro del filo.
