Description

After producing the Gear Box Variator for Piaggio mopeds, Pinasco has developed a series of high-strength steel gear kits with various ratios for all "Ciao" enthusiasts who use them in Enduro, Track or Touring. Made from special alloy steel for gears, the new Pinasco SPRINT GEARS are extremely durable and quiet. the main pinion has a helical profile to eliminate axial oscillation of the clutch shaft (a component of the forces at play "pulls" the shaft inwards), ensuring correct alignment of the semi-pulleys even under the most demanding conditions. Pinasco SPRINT GEARS, complete with shims, can also be fitted to all original Piaggio variator wheel hubs.
