Ganasce freno BGM PRO 150 x 24 mm
La coppia BGM PRO 49953 č progettata per freni a tamburo Vespa con ganasce da 150 x 24 mm. I portaceppi sono in alluminio e il materiale d'attrito č prodotto da Beral.
Applicazioni
Il montaggio anteriore o posteriore č previsto su Vespa PX, PK e T5 125 con tamburo compatibile. L'impiego č documentato anche su Rally 180 e, al posteriore, su Rally 200, Sprint, TS 125, GT 125, GTR 125, GL 150, SS 180, GS 160 e GS 150 VS5T.
Costruzione e omologazione
Il materiale d'attrito č privo di amianto e composti di metalli pesanti ed č prodotto senza solventi. La durezza media dichiarata supera 71 Shore. Le ganasce sono realizzate in conformitā ECE R90 e dispongono di marcatura valida nell'Unione Europea.
Controlli e montaggio
Prima dell'installazione si confrontano diametro, larghezza, profilo, punti di fulcro e posizione delle molle con i componenti rimossi. Tamburo e materiale d'attrito devono restare privi di grasso. Camma, perni e molle vanno controllati; dopo il montaggio si registra il comando e si esegue un rodaggio progressivo.
