MMW2 30mm intake manifold, for Vespa 125 VNB-TS/150 VBA-Super/Rally/PX80-200/PE/Lusso/T5/Cosa passage: 30mm, carburettor connection: 36mm, with YAMAHA RD350 reed valve/valve seat 70°, aluminium connecting piece German tuning experts MMW have long been manufacturing high-end specialised components to the highest quality standards. The MMW RD350 reed valve manifold is a thrill for every tuner. In its second version (MMW2), the successor to the legendary MBD intake manifold boasts some major improvements. The CNC-milled MMW manifolds have a very smooth, flow-optimised surface and can be operated with both the conventional RD350 and the new TASSINARI reed valve. Only minor modifications to the connecting piece are required for the TASSINARI reed valve. The MMW intake manifold is available in two versions. Similar to the MBD intake manifold, the basic MMW 1 version has an oblique reed valve (45°). By extending the intake duct (spacer included in delivery), the engines are supported and achieve more torque through the shift in the useful rev range. The larger intake diameter also allows for a higher flow rate. In combination with the aerodynamic design, this ensures maximum filling. In the optimised MMW 2 version, the intake cross-section has been further enlarged and the position of the reed valve has been changed so that it is now positioned at an angle of 70° longitudinally to the motor shaft. Both versions of the intake manifold are supplied with a suitable aluminium connection piece and a set of screws. The connecting pieces and the seals and screws required for installation are also available individually. The original mounting points are retained during installation. No welding on the crankcase is necessary. The manifolds are also available including the SIP RD350 safety valve block. Conclusion: a high-quality product manufactured in Germany. With outlet dimensions of iŲ30mm and a 36mm carburettor connection, the intake manifold is suitable for: MIKUNI TMX 27-30mm DELL'ORTO PHBH 28-30mm / VHST 24-28mm / VHSH 30 PWK / KOSO / SERIE PRO 28-32mm (connection Ų36mm). With outlet dimensions Ų36mm and carburettor connection 40mm, the intake manifold is suitable for: MIKUNI TMX 32-35 PWK / KOSO / SERIE PRO 28-32mm (connection Ų39mm). With an outlet size of Ų38mm and a carburettor connection of 44mm, the intake manifold is suitable for: MIKUNI TMX 38mm DELL'ORTO VHSB 34-38 / VHSC 39.5mm PWK 38mm
