Description

Thanks to the new fastening system using 3 steel plates, the specific Pinasco oil seal is locked between the casing and the main bearing (NOT INCLUDED) without the possibility of coming out of its seat. Fits all commercially available engine shafts for Vespa PX 200. How many times have you been stranded with your Vespa because of the clutch side oil seal? How many times have you thrown your hands up in defeat because the oil seal has slipped out of its seat? How many times have you ruined the bearing seat because of extremely hard clutch springs and poor engine performance? Pinasco, always looking for solutions to the most common problems with tuned Vespas, offers a solution to this problem by updating the clutch cover of its engine casing with the new 2.0 model. Thanks to the new fastening system using 3 steel plates, the specific Pinasco oil seal is locked between the crankcase and the bearing without the possibility of coming out of its seat. The plates ensure perfect bearing alignment, eliminating the play that often forms between the seeger and the bearing, while the safety clips guarantee total locking of the entire system. The new bearing seat has been further reinforced with the addition of 3 new ribs that guarantee the support and sealing of the entire engine block. 2 reinforcement ribs have been added to the cluster axis. The crank chamber is bored to accommodate the crankshafts with oversized shoulders. The die-cast crankcase guarantees superior strength and lightness compared to gravity-cast production, qualities that are highly appreciated in the racing world, and the shape, which is almost identical to the original, does not alter the aesthetics of your vehicle. -System with external oil seal and 3-point bearing lock. -Prepared for mounting the 28 Pinasco carburettor. -Reinforcements on the gearbox shaft -Flywheel side already bored to 100 mm diameter. -Oversized intake valve. -Reinforcements on the cluster shaft. -Transfer and intake already machined, no invasive work required.
