Quattrini C1 casing Casing for Vespa Special, Et3 and PK, entirely cast and machined in Italy. Reinforced throughout, made from Galsi9 hardened material and assembled with 13 x 6 mm Allen screws. On the flywheel side, they are machined to accommodate the Vespatronik ignition and the upper part is designed for the installation of exhausts that rotate behind the shock absorber (type M3XC, Type R or similar). At the front, there is a central lamellar luggage rack that is spacious enough to accommodate a large lamellar pack (slightly smaller than the M1L 09). It is originally closed by a casting, but it can be opened to mount cylinders without suction. The support arm is much stronger than the original and shaped to allow the use of 3.50/10 tyres. They are also equipped with a support for the water pump, which takes its movement from the quadruple gearbox (third gear). The wide, thick base is designed to accommodate various types of cylinders from the M and R series or other brands, without the need for welding. Inside, the pump housing is machined for the mounting of its dedicated solid-shoulder shaft, with a 48 mm long coupling shaft, 20-52-15 mm main bearings (code 6304/c4) and 20-35-7 mm oil seals, both removable from the outside. All other components (gearbox, wheel spindle, selector, etc.) can be fitted with original spare parts.
