Flytech Pinasco ignition with variable advance 1.6 kg for Vespa GS 160. The PINASCO FLYTECH variable advance ignition is the result of countless research and development aimed at creating a high-quality, reliable and long-lasting product. The PINASCO FLYTECH flywheel has been manufactured with different weights for all Vespa VNB-GT-LML-COSA-SPRINT-PX-GS-FARO BASSO models. The flywheel weights are 0.9 kg, 1.1 kg, 1.4 kg, 1.6 kg and 1.8 kg. With the addition of the Pinasco fan machined from solid metal, the weight can be increased by another 0.2 kg. FEATURES: - The super-light rotor has an internal steel bulkhead that protects the magnets and stator in case of breakage. - The ballasts are machined from solid metal, not from a tube, and are perfectly balanced and zinc-plated. - The flywheel cones, machined from solid, are designed for use with original Piaggio extractors to simplify disassembly. The surface is nickel-plated to resist atmospheric agents and corrosion, keeping the internal thread in perfect condition. - The nylon cooling fan has a larger fin profile to cool the thermal unit even in the most demanding conditions, increasing air flow by 20%. - The stator support is made of die-cast aluminium with a graduated scale that allows even less experienced enthusiasts to perfectly adjust the ignition.
