Description
Frizione completa Z20 a quattro dischi per Vespa T5
Gruppo frizione premontato con quattro dischi, sette molle e pignone elicoidale da 20 denti. La flangia ha diametro nominale di 107 mm e la configurazione è destinata alla trasmissione Vespa T5 corrispondente.
Configurazione e compatibilità
Il pignone Z20 è la dentatura prevista per il rapporto T5 con primaria compatibile. La frizione a quattro dischi non va confusa con la versione standard a tre dischi né con i gruppi Cosa a otto molle: prima dell'acquisto confrontare diametro, altezza, numero di molle, profilo del pignone e ingranaggio primario.
Controlli di montaggio
Prima dell'installazione verificare stato della campana, boccola, rasamenti, rondella di sicurezza e dado. Immergere i dischi guarniti nell'olio previsto, controllare l'allineamento del pignone con la primaria e serrare secondo la procedura del motore.
Con coperchio montato, regolare il comando e accertare che la frizione stacchi completamente senza trascinamento o interferenze.
