CLUTCH FABBRI 12R "SUPER RACING" - 6/12/18 SPRINGS VESPA SMALL FRAME VESPA 50-90-125 PRIMAVERA-ET3 - PK 50/125 - PK XL 50/125 - FL - FL2 50/125 - RUSH - HP - N APE 50 - APE FL2 50 CHOICE OF SPRING SETUP: ->6 large springs: for 10/12 hp touring engines: using 6 springs makes the clutch lever easier to operate ->12 springs: for engines up to 25 hp: using 12 springs guarantees slip resistance ->18 springs: for engines over 30 hp: add 6 small springs (CIF ART. 5569-MF) inside the 6 large ones. NB: when using 18 springs, we recommend using a casing with a rack clutch to make the clutch smoother) TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS: The clutch consists of: ->Clutch basket machined from solid steel ->6 springs, diameter 14 mm, made of harmonic steel ->6 springs, diameter 10 mm, made of harmonic steel ->spring holder and locking disc made of innovative alloy used on all Fabbri Racing clutches. This alloy guarantees the durability of the spring holder and closing disc. ->4 discs lined with organic friction material ->3 1.5 mm thick steel disc spacers (we recommend not replacing them with aluminium disc spacers to avoid deposits inside the engine oil) ->high-strength steel circlip ->Disc push bearing support machined from solid Anticorodal alloy, with axial thrust bearing fitted with stainless steel cap with centring hole (Fabbri racing patent) to align the clutch cover, can also be shimmed to vary the distance from the disc push ring. SPRING SETUP CHOICE: 6 big springs: for tourist engines 10/12 hp: with the use of 6 springs, the clutch lever operation is more comfortable 12 springs: for engines up to 25 hp: with the use of 12 springs, slip resistance is guaranteed 18 springs: for engines over 30 hp: add 6 small springs (CIF CODE 5569-MF) inside the 6 large springs NB: with the use of 18 springs, it is recommended to use a crankcase with clutch plunger to make the clutch softer) TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS: the clutch is composed of: ->clutch steel drum obtained by full part ->6 springs Ø mm.14 in harmonic steel ->6 springs Ø mm.10 in harmonic steel ->springs holder and locking disc made of innovative alloy used on all Fabbri Racing clutches.This alloy guarantees the durability of the spring holder and the closing disc over time. ->4 discs covered with organic friction material ->3 intermediate discs in 1.5 mm thickness dotted steel. (it is recommended not to replace them with aluminium intermediate discs to avoid deposits inside the engine oil) ->high-tightness steel seeger ring ->Pressure plate bearing support made entirely of Anticorodal alloy, with axial thrust bearing equipped with stainless steel cap with centring hole (Fabbri Racing patent), to align the clutch housing. It can also be shimmed using shims to vary the distance from the clutch plunger and pressure plate. We recommend using SAE 30 MINERAL oil.
