Description
Frizione Crimaz TOP CM5 a doppia molla
Frizione completa ad alte prestazioni per Vespa smallframe e Ape 50. Il pacco impiega cinque dischi guarniti da 2,00 mm, quattro infradischi in metallo temprato da 1,20 mm e due molle di compressione a carico maggiorato.
Componenti inclusi
- ragnetto ricavato dal pieno;
- anello Seeger con tacca antirotazione;
- spingidisco prendi-olio con cuscinetto;
- chiavetta, rosetta e dado ad alta resistenza.
La configurazione è quella a doppia molla e va distinta dalla variante CM5 Multispring.
Requisiti di abbinamento
Il gruppo a cinque dischi richiede il cestello con parastrappi Crimaz TOP. Per contenere lo sforzo alla leva è necessario un coperchio frizione con demoltiplica a cremagliera e una leva al manubrio con interasse fra fulcro e terminale del cavo di almeno 25 mm.
Indicazioni tecniche
La configurazione permette il montaggio senza aggiungere distanziali fra carter motore e coperchio frizione. Il produttore raccomanda olio minerale SAE 30. Prima dell'avviamento occorre controllare apertura parallela del pacco, corsa del comando e corretto inserimento dell'anello di chiusura.
