Crimaz TOP CM5 complete clutch assembly for Vespa smallframe and Ape 50

Description

CM5 complete clutch assembly, 5 discs, double spring with push plate bearing for Vespa 50 - Primavera - ET3. The new CM5 is a top-of-the-range clutch that allows our Vespa/Ape to operate correctly with power ratings above 30 hp without having to add shims between the engine casing and clutch housing. Included are 5 discs with the latest generation material (thickness 2.00 mm), 4 hardened metal discs (thickness 1.20 mm), 2 compression springs with increased load, a spider made from solid metal, a Seeger ring with anti-rotation notch, an oil-collecting clutch plate with bearing, a key + washer + high-strength nut. To reduce the considerable resistance of the springs on the clutch lever, it is mandatory to use a clutch cover with rack reduction gear combined with a handlebar lever with a minimum centre-to-pin distance of 25.00 mm. We recommend using MINERAL SAE 30 oil. The 5-disc clutch can only be fitted with our Top basket and slip ring.

La nuova CM5 è una frizione TOP di gamma che permette alla nostra vespa/ape di funzionare correttamente con potenze superiori a 30 hp senza dover aggiungere spessori tra carter motore e carter frizione.

Sono compresi n. 5 dischi guraniti con materiale di ultima generazione (spessore 2.00mm) n. 4 dischi di metallo temprati (spessore 1.20mm) n. 2 molle di compressione con carico maggiorato, ragnetto dal pieno, seeger con tacca anti rotazione, spingidisco prendi olio con cuscinetto, chiavetta + rosetta + dado ad altissima resistenza. Per ridurre la notevole resistenza delle molle sulla leva della frizione è obbligatorio utilizzare un carter frizione con demoltiplica a cremagliera abbinato ad una leva a manubrio con interasse fulcro-pallino minimo 25.00mm.

La frizione a 5 dischi può essere montata solamente con il Cestello e parastrappi Top di nostra realizzazione.
