This allows for a much wider rev range and works with almost no friction. Unintentional welding of the brass torsion bar and push plate is therefore almost impossible, friction is reduced to a minimum and clutch juddering can be prevented. This push plate is required for all XL2 PK clutch conversions. The push plate is also available in a SIP version for all other Vespas. The bearing is positioned on the original push plate.
