DR Aluminium Thermal Group Kit 130cc Vespa 125 ET3 Primavera The kit is based on an aluminium cylinder with nickel-silicon galvanic coating, 57mm bore, 130cc displacement, characterised by 6 transfer ports and elliptical exhaust. The piston is cast in high silicon aluminium alloy with 2 rings to ensure maximum sealing even under extreme conditions. The high turbulence head has a calculated squish band and the spark plug is in the conventional position. The strength of this thermal unit lies in its balance in terms of power delivery and quality, which places it halfway between basic cast iron thermal units and extreme competition units. The new aluminium Thermal Kit represents a further technical and performance evolution for those who want to increase the power of their engine by using a special aluminium alloy for the cylinder, which guarantees high rigidity even at the high temperatures that develop during intensive use. To achieve a high degree of reliability, the cylinder liner is coated with a co-deposit of nickel and silicon carbide, which guarantees extremely high wear resistance. The piston, with a new specific design, is made of materials that guarantee that its mechanical and shape characteristics remain unchanged even at high temperatures.
