Description

The Polini Evolution "Spalle Piene" crankshaft must only be used in combination with the brand new reed valve cylinder code 140.0227. The shape of the circular flywheels drastically reduces internal turbulence in the crankcase, increasing the compression of the gases transmitted to the head for the combustion phase. Balance is achieved by using tungsten inserts and aluminium caps to reduce volume. In order to use the new crankshaft, it is necessary to ream the crankcase. The Polini Evolution "Spalle Piene" crankshaft increases the stroke to 54 mm. The connecting rod is machined from solid with a centre distance of 105 mm. COMPONENTS INTENDED FOR COMPETITION AND SPORT USE.
