Polini 177 cc aluminium cylinder for all Vespa PX 125/150 - Sprint Veloce - TS - LML Star Deluxe 125/150. Warning: If electric start is required, the cylinder must be slightly filed on the outside near the flywheel, because the starter ring mounted on the flywheel interferes with the cylinder. THESE COMPONENTS ARE INTENDED FOR COMPETITION AND SPORT USE ONLY How much more power will your Vespa PX 125/150 have with the Polini aluminium kit available in two displacements, with double spark plug head and 8 mounting points! This new Polini kit has many strengths: - 63 mm diameter cylinder, redesigned in the transfer ports to improve gas flow. Available with a standard 57 mm stroke, developing a displacement of 178 cc, or a decidedly more racing version with a stroke increased to 60 mm for a displacement of 187 cc. An advanced crankshaft is available for the 60 stroke kit. The cylinder is air-cooled, but thanks to the aluminium and the special design of the fins, the engine temperature remains lower. - New shell-cast head designed for two spark plug holes. The classic side spark plug hole, like the original, is the easiest to install, while the "Racing" version with a central hole requires a small modification to the plastic of the head cover. Another important feature concerns the mounting points: in addition to the 4 standard mounting points, the Polini head has 4 more that guarantee greater compression sealing. The finning is increased for better heat dispersion and the head gasket is made of siliconised steel (not present on the original Vespa) to ensure maximum sealing during compression between the head and cylinder. Ho smontato il Magny Cours 190 e finalmente ho montato un gruppo termico ben congeniato dal progettista. Ha un buon allungo (il Magny Cours di Pinasco allunga molto di più, ma comunque superiore al Pinasco classico in allumino) ma ha una armoniosità di funzionamento pari al Pinasco Classic che rimane sempre un punto di riferimento per chi vuole ottima coppia e buone doti di allungo. Unico dato negativo il prezzo che è superiore al Pinasco Classic di 60/70 euro.
Carburazione consigliata AL LIVELLO DEL MARE con SI25 MIX (è IL 26 ECONOMICO) Freno aria 160, emulsionatore BE3, Getto minimo 55 , massimo 128 (Con tromboncino VRX e filtro aria sotto sella) , in caso di filtro T5 o filtro P200E sul carburatore consigliato scendere a 125.
