Description
VMC EXPLORER 244cc Ø 72mm central spark plug thermal group Conversion kit for engines: Vespa 200 Rally/P200E/PX200 E/Lusso/'98/MY/Cosa 200 Cylinder 7 aluminium transfers, shell moulding technology, nickel-silicon treated barrel Bore 72 mm, Stroke 60mm, Connecting rod 126mm (Quattrini crankshafts) or 127mm (Sip crankshafts) Total displacement 244 cc, Main transfer phases: ~ 120° Exhaust: ~ 178° Recessed head with silicone O-ring gasket and 8 fixing points to the cylinder Steel exhaust manifold with silicone O-ring gasket fixed to the cylinder with specific bracket and 4 screws The cylinder has a sleeve of approximately 8 mm that allows the piston to be guided correctly even when mounted in 62 and 64 mm strokes. The sleeve has a larger external diameter than the original cylindersand requires the crankcase inlet to be bored to 76 mm for a depth of 8 mm. To perform this operation manually, a steel base/guide is supplied to be screwed to the crankcase. Simply perform the work with a cylindrical cutter of suitable size and follow the instructions. High-quality Meteor piston with molybdenum disulphide anti-friction treatment, chromed steel piston rings Paper gaskets supplied with the cylinder kit: 0.2-0.3-0.4-0.5 mm Aluminium shims supplied in the kit between the head and cylinder: 0.3-0.5-1 mm Aluminium cylinder base shims supplied in the kit: 0.5 - 1 mmFeedback
