Description
VMC ET6-60 144cc Ø 60mm and stroke 51mm cylinder 6 aluminium transfers, shell moulding technology, Nikasil-coated barrel Bore diameter 60mm Stroke 51mm Displacement 144cc SINGLE LIGHT EXHAUST Main transfer ports 126° Exhaust 186°, exhaust stud centre distance 56mm, exhaust outlet diameter 32mm Piston with 2 Rik steel rings complete with pin and pins. Die-cast aluminium head with SIDE spark plug with 4 additional fixing screws. Squish 1.1mm ± 0.1mm. M7 captive nut tightening torque: 11÷12 Nm, M6 screw tightening torque 10÷11 Nm Complete with bolts and cylinder gaskets in paper of various thicknesses. This is a versatile cylinder that is suitable for both mild and more extreme tuning. With more generous expansion exhausts such as the VMC EVO 52, it becomes a classic 2-stroke competition engine. When fitted with the Vmc Siluro Sport, the cylinder becomes a fast touring engine with generous torque from low revs and excellent acceleration. Please note: To be mounted on Piaggio crankcases, the half-moon on the crankcase base must be removed and the cylinder inlet on the crankcase must be drilled to a diameter of 64 mm and a depth of approximately 8 mm to allow the cylinder liner to fit into the crankcase. THIS CAN BE DONE WITH A HAND MILLING CUTTER USING THE STEEL GUIDE SUPPLIED WITH THE KIT, SCREWING IT INTO THE CYLINDER CAPTIVE SCREW HOLES.Feedback
