Description
This is one of the essential components for tuning the vehicle, specially designed to give the engine an excellent increase in power at medium and high revs. Thanks to the sophisticated systems available to our technicians and decades of experience in the design and manufacture of exhausts, Malossi has created this masterpiece. The new MHR exhaust for Vespa PX E 200 2T, specially designed to be paired with our MHR thermal unit, allows you to achieve the highest power at the same rpm, placing it among the best performing exhausts on the market. The huge advantage of this exhaust system lies in its specially calculated and designed route, which allows it to be fitted WITHOUT CUTTING THE BODYWORK and keeping the centre stand. In any operating configuration and position of the engine casing, this exhaust fits inside the vehicle without any harmful contact points that would require the user to modify the frame of their beloved Vespa. The countercone has been split to further increase the range of use, achieving a performance gain of up to 1 HP at the highest revs, when the engine normally loses performance drastically once the maximum power regime is exceeded.Marmitta:
Studiata per il montaggio senza alcuna modifica alla scocca. Realizzata in lamiera di acciaio speciale (spessore 0.8 mm), ottenuta con procedimenti di saldatura robotizzata T.I.G. e M.I.G. e saldatura manuale ossiacetilenica ribattuta artigianalmente. Verniciatura trasparente.
Ugello:
Con sezione di passaggio calibrata per il conseguimento della massima contropressione disponibile.
Silenziatore:
In alluminio, anodizzato Nitro blue con tubo terminale annegato nel fondello per un design pił accattivante.
Collegamento alla marmitta:
Realizzato mediante staffa piegata e tagliata al laser ad alta precisione, collegata ad un anello di ancoraggio al braccio carter; le vibrazioni generate dal motore vengono smorzate da due silentblock posti tra staffa e marmitta garantendo una durata superiore.
