VMC SILURO TOURING exhaust for Vespa Small frame The exhaust has been designed and developed to deliver high performance while maintaining a classic and original look and sound. It is made entirely from pressed steel sheets and assembled by skilled welders with decades of experience in manufacturing 2-stroke exhausts. The VMC SILURO "TOURING" version has a 28mm diameter exhaust flange The final db killer has a smaller diameter than the one fitted on the Sport model, designed specifically for the Touring model, but interchangeable with the Sport model if you want to improve performance. It fits very well with cylinders with a 27/28mm exhaust port such as the new Vmc CP-58, the classic original 125s, the 130 Polini cast iron cylinders, Malossi, Quattrini M1, Dr, Pinasco and also short-stroke cylinders such as the Vmc T-56 106cc or the VMC 100 RVA lamellar cylinder or the various Polini Malossi 105cc / 115cc. This exhaust enhances and unleashes the power and torque of the engine from low revs with a rev limit that can reach over 10,000 rpm. In practice, the VMC SILURO has the characteristics of an expansion exhaust, even though it is not. Compared to the SILURO SPORT version, the SILURO TOURING model has a much quieter sound with performance suitable for less powerful cylinders than the target market of the "SPORT" model, with a negligible difference in performance compared to the sport version. Installation is quick and easy, and the exhaust can also be fitted to Smallframe 125cc ET3 spring frames with side box. To mount on PK series frames, it is necessary to cut a portion of the internal bulkhead in the engine compartment where the spare wheel is connected and modify the mounting bracket on the engine cross member. Without modifications to the Vespa chassis, it does NOT fit on Smallframe 125cc Primavera Pre 1976 frames due to the deeper side box.
