Description
Filtro aria RAMAIR in schiuma per carburatori maggiorati
Filtro cilindrico in schiuma con manicotto elastico centrale, progettato per il montaggio diretto sul bocchettone di aspirazione. Il riferimento commerciale 40300000 è associato a un collegamento interno nominale di 62 mm e alle applicazioni Dell'Orto PHBH 28 e 30.
Compatibilità del collegamento
Il diametro 28 o 30 mm identifica il diffusore del carburatore, non l'attacco del filtro. Sui Dell'Orto VHSH 30 il bocchettone lato aria è nominalmente vicino a 64 mm: prima dell'ordine misurare il diametro esterno effettivo e verificare che il manicotto elastico da 62 mm possa calzare senza tagli o deformazioni. Controllare anche lo spazio disponibile nel telaio.
Montaggio e manutenzione
Calzare il manicotto fino alla battuta, orientare il filtro senza contatti con telaio o comandi e serrare una fascetta compatibile senza schiacciare il raccordo. Pulire la schiuma con il prodotto previsto da RAMAIR, risciacquare se richiesto e lasciarla asciugare completamente prima del rimontaggio. Dopo l'installazione verificare la carburazione, perché la diversa portata d'aria può richiedere una nuova taratura.
Dell'Orto PHBH 28 e PHBH 30 con bocchettone compatibile con collegamento interno nominale 62 mm; VHSH 30 solo dopo verifica del diametro esterno lato aria, nominalmente circa 64 mm, e dell'ingombro nel telaio.
