Controlli e montaggio
Prima dello smontaggio sostenere il ciclomotore e scaricare la ruota anteriore. I componenti lavorano con precarico: annotare l'ordine di montaggio, controllare sedi, boccole e giochi dei bracci, quindi sostituire le parti in coppia sui due lati. Al termine verificare che la forcella scorra senza impuntamenti e che sterzo e freno anteriore funzionino correttamente.
