Description
Spessore base cilindro da 1,0 mm per Vespa Largeframe
Basetta in acciaio da 1,0 mm da collocare tra carter e cilindro nelle configurazioni con gruppo termico Polini 177 o Parmakit TSV 177 compatibile. Serve a modificare la quota del cilindro rispetto al carter e non sostituisce una messa a punto dimensionale del motore.
Compatibilità e verifiche
- Gruppi termici Polini 177 con profilo di base corrispondente
- Gruppi termici Parmakit TSV 177 con foratura e travasi compatibili
- Motori Vespa Largeframe predisposti per il gruppo termico scelto
Indicazioni di montaggio
Prima dell'assemblaggio confrontare sagoma, prigionieri e passaggi dei travasi. Dopo aver inserito lo spessore misurare nuovamente fasatura, posizione del pistone e squish, perché l'aumento della quota alla base modifica contemporaneamente questi parametri. Pulire i piani e definire guarnizioni o sigillante in funzione della configurazione reale.
