Straight tooth ratios for Vespa Smallframe and Ape 50 Crown Z 67 configurable with pinion Z 28 – 29 The teeth are manufactured with a 1.5 module cutting tool with corrections for the pinions added to the original pair.The tooth width has been increased (1 mm inwards) to provide greater strength without compromising smoothness. The spring seats have been redesigned to use square wire springs. The longer travel of the slip clutch protects the gearbox and crosshead. In the centre, there is a roller bearing on the most stressed part and a guide bushing on the journal. This solution allows the bell to be compatible with the original start-up gears.The ratios are supplied with a TOP slip ring basket (balanced item) and a pinion with conical keyway. It is possible to configure the transmission ratio according to your needs. Please specify when ordering. It is possible to request both the false gear to lock the pinion and crown wheel during assembly and the extractor for the bevel gear (pinion).
