Thanks to this new favourable lever (featured on the new Vespa 50 HP-FL), it is possible to reduce the effort required to operate the clutch lever. Ideal for improving riding comfort with both standard clutches and EXTRA clutches with considerable spring load. Long lever clutch covers are usually found on Vespa ET3, Special and PK models. Important: For correct operation, the lock must slide perfectly inside the housing seat. If necessary, make small adjustments to the coupling seat so that the lock and gear mesh without jamming. Before inserting the gear onto the rod, replace the O-ring in its seat in the housing. We recommend applying a small amount of grease to the shaft and O-ring. N.B. The gear has internal teeth with a phase tooth, as on the original cam. Before proceeding with assembly, memorise the phase by marking the two parts with a marker pen. We recommend always using a push plate with a bearing.
