Description
Kit revisione supporti motore CIF per Vespa Smallframe
Serie per il ripristino dei punti di fissaggio del motore al telaio. Comprende i silent block del carter, il perno motore, la vite dell'ammortizzatore posteriore e la bulloneria associata, dichiarata in classe di resistenza 8.8.
Applicazioni
Il kit è destinato ai carter Vespa Smallframe di 50 L, N, R e Special, Vespa 90, 125 Primavera ed ET3. I riferimenti comparativi Piaggio 112204, 040316, 14689 e 78588 aiutano a identificare i singoli componenti, ma è necessario confrontare sedi e fissaggi sul motore.
Montaggio
Sostenere e rimuovere il motore con attrezzatura adeguata. Estrarre i vecchi silent block senza segnare il carter, pulire le sedi e verificare che non siano ovalizzate o danneggiate.
Inserire i supporti rispettando verso e profondità, senza applicare sforzi sulla gomma. Prima del serraggio definitivo controllare libero movimento sul perno, allineamento del motore al telaio e corretto posizionamento dell'ammortizzatore.
