Description
Ammortizzatore posteriore Bitubo YLV per Vespa Cosa
Monoammortizzatore pressurizzato ad azoto con serbatoio di compensazione separato. Il precarico della molla è regolabile in modo continuo tramite ghiera, mentre lo smorzamento in compressione dispone di 12 scatti.
Il corpo ha diametro 30 mm e lo stelo 12 mm. Il piedino inferiore e il serbatoio sono in lega di alluminio con finitura nero satinato; la molla è rossa. È compreso l'attrezzo per la regolazione del precarico.
Compatibilità verificata
- Vespa Cosa 125 VNR1T e Cosa 150 VLR1T, 1988-1991
- Vespa Cosa 2 125 VNR2T, Cosa 2 150 VLR2T e Cosa 2 200 VSR1T, 1991-1997
La distinzione tra prima e seconda serie è importante: la versione Cosa 200 documentata è la Cosa 2. Prima del montaggio si controllano sigla telaio, attacchi, boccole e spazio del serbatoio lungo tutta la corsa.
Regolazione e montaggio
Il precarico va adeguato al carico senza ridurre eccessivamente la corsa utile. La compressione si imposta partendo da una taratura intermedia e modificando un solo scatto alla volta. L'installazione richiede il sostegno sicuro del veicolo, il controllo della bulloneria e un nuovo controllo dei serraggi dopo l'assestamento.
