Il Polini 215.0271 č un collettore di aspirazione monolamellare dedicato ai motori Piaggio Ape 50 con carburatore Dell'Orto SHBC 19.19. Il passaggio nominale č di 19 mm e il diametro di collegamento al carburatore č di 23 mm.
Applicazioni e variante
La flangia a tre punti č prevista per Ape 50, Ape 50 FL, FL2, FL3 e RST Mix a 6 molle. Non va confusa con i collettori Polini da 19 mm per Vespa o con le versioni Ape per carburatori PWK, che adottano riferimenti e interfacce differenti.
Montaggio e messa a punto
Prima dell'installazione verificare flangia, orientamento e dotazione del kit. Le superfici di tenuta devono essere piane e pulite; il carburatore non deve restare in tensione e le lamelle devono chiudere liberamente. Al termine controllare eventuali aspirazioni d'aria e ritarare la carburazione in base alla configurazione completa del motore.
