Cluster a quattro rapporti studiato per il cambio Ape 50. La dentatura Z10-Z15-Z21-Z23 combina una prima più lunga con una quarta più corta, riducendo il salto verso il rapporto finale rispetto alla configurazione originale corrispondente.
Abbinamento del cambio
DRT prescrive l'accoppiamento con le ruote condotte originali Ape Z59, Z54, Z49 e quarta Z42 oppure Z43. Non è sufficiente che il cambio abbia quattro marce: prima dell'acquisto contare ogni dentatura e verificare l'intero pacco.
Controlli di montaggio
Assemblare provvisoriamente albero, cluster, crociera e rasamenti per controllare scorrimento, gioco assiale e innesto completo di tutti i rapporti. Sostituire componenti con battute arrotondate o sedi usurate e verificare la rotazione nel carter prima della chiusura.
