VMC SPORT chrome torpedo exhaust for Vespa ET3, Primavera

VMC SILURO SPORT exhaust for Vespa small frame The exhaust has been designed and developed to deliver high performance while maintaining a classic and original look and sound. It is made entirely from pressed steel sheets and assembled by skilled welders with decades of experience in manufacturing 2-stroke exhausts. The VMC SILURO "SPORT" version has a 32 mm diameter exhaust flange 32 mm diameter and slotted mounting holes that adapt to cylinders with 52, 56 and 60 mm centre distances. It fits very well with high-performance cylinders such as the VMC GS series in cast iron, the VMC ET6 and ET7 aluminium cylinders in both 135cc and 144cc, Pinasco Zuera, Quattrini M1 series (M1 56-60, M1-60B, M1L 56-60), EGIG 170cc cast iron cylinder, etc. This exhaust enhances and unleashes the power and torque of the engine from low revs with a rev limit that can reach over 10,000 rpm. In practice, the VMC SILURO has the characteristics of an expansion exhaust, even though it is not one. Compared to an expansion exhaust, the sound of the SILURO SPORT model is much more subdued and quiet, especially at low revs. As it is a mechanically silenced exhaust, the sound will become increasingly strained over time compared to the first few starts. For customers who want a quieter exhaust, there is the VMC SILURO "TOURING" version, which has a much quieter sound with slightly lower performance than the "SPORT" model. Installation is quick and easy, and the exhaust can also be fitted to Smallframe 125cc ET3 Primavera frames with a side box. To fit on PK series frames, a portion of the internal bulkhead in the engine compartment where the spare wheel is connected must be cut and the fixing bracket on the engine cross member must be modified. NOT COMPATIBLE with Smallframe 125cc Primavera Pre 1976 frames due to the deeper side box.
