Description
Pistone completo DR PT80 da 47,4 mm
Pistone maggiorato DR/Motorparts con diametro nominale di 47,4 mm, specifico per il gruppo termico 75 cc KT00049 a 10 luci. È il ricambio intermedio tra il pistone standard PT00080 da 47,0 mm e la maggiorazione PT0080 da 47,8 mm.
Applicazione corretta
Il PT80 è destinato al cilindro DR KT00049 montato su Vespa 50, Special, PK e relative versioni compatibili, oltre alle applicazioni Ape 50 previste per lo stesso gruppo termico. Diametro e appartenenza al kit devono essere verificati: pistoni DR da 47,4 mm destinati a cilindri con diversa disposizione dei travasi non sono automaticamente intercambiabili.
Rettifica e montaggio
Il cilindro deve essere misurato e lavorato in rettifica in base al diametro reale del pistone e al gioco prescritto dal costruttore. Prima del montaggio controllare orientamento, giochi delle fasce, spinotto, fermi e libertà di scorrimento. La lavorazione e l'assemblaggio richiedono attrezzatura e competenza specifiche.
Gruppo termico DR/Motorparts KT00049 da 75 cc a 10 luci per Vespa 50, Special, PK e applicazioni Ape 50 compatibili; richiede cilindro rettificato per pistone Ø47,4 mm.
