Pistone Polini Ø63,8 mm per cilindro 177 cc
Ricambio completo di seconda maggiorazione per il gruppo termico Polini 177 cc in ghisa. La fornitura comprende pistone, due fasce elastiche, spinotto da 15 mm e fermi.
Compatibilità verificata
Specifico per il cilindro Polini 177 identificato dal riferimento 140.0080, installato su motori Vespa 125 e 150 Largeframe e LML 2T compatibili. La misura Ø63,8 mm è destinata a un cilindro già rettificato e non sostituisce il pistone standard Ø63,0 mm.
Montaggio e controlli
Prima del montaggio far misurare alesaggio, ovalizzazione e gioco pistone-cilindro da un'officina specializzata. Rispettare orientamento del pistone e grani fermasegmento; controllare gioco alla giunzione delle fasce e inserire correttamente entrambi i fermi dello spinotto.
